As Lisa puts it, “My mom had me and then a month later she packed me up the car and moved us all to Florida!” Through her early years Lisa was no stranger to travel. Her family truly enjoyed to travel and considered it great to be able to bring along the entire family. Being a teenager now and listing all the places she has been makes Lisa thankful for having those experiences-oh, yeah…she thinks it’s pretty cool too! She has been to Hawaii, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Utah, North Carolina, Missouri, Colorado, Key West, California and a few others she cannot recall.

For her early education, Lisa attended Northside Christian School and formed many friendships there and made some lasting memories. Wanting more challenges and a change of atmosphere Lisa along with her parents decided that changing schools to St. Petersburg High School would benefit her. The decision was a good one since Lisa has stayed active on the swim team, is more involved in school activities and met her best friend, Barbara, someone who is there for her in these important years.

Lisa also stays busy with her friends at K-Life with lots of fun events and summer camps in Colorado. Scrapbooking is something she grew up around. Her mom is Shirley, one of the original Doodle Divas and started Lisa paper crafting at an early age. She enjoys creating picture frames, mini books, dimensional projects and albums and is proud to say that she has five albums totally filled! Lisa has been working part-time at Whim So Doodle for a little while now and although she enjoys the job, she dreads seeing how much of her paycheck goes to support her habit. It’s great when your mom works at the best scrapbooking store around, but it’s even better to work there yourself!
