What are your store hours?
Whim So Doodle is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 6pm, Tuesday, Thursday from 9:30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm and from November to January on Sundays from 12pm to 4pm.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, traveler’s checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Gift cards are available for purchase at all times and can be purchased in any denomination.
Do you have a loyalty program for shoppers?
You may purchase a Frequent Buyer Card for $3 to start up with the program. Every pre-taxed dollar you spend in the store goes onto your card. Once you have accumulated 200 points on your next visit you may claim your reward for 20% off your total purchase (excludes sale, discounted or club prices).
What is your return policy?
All items presented for return or exchange must be made within 30 days and be accompanied by a receipt. Any item being returned must be in original packaging, never opened and in new condition. **There are no refunds or exchanges on paper, pens, idea books, magazines and stickers from a roll. **All clearance sales are final.
Is the store open on class nights?
If there happens to be a class scheduled other than Tuesday or Thursday night, the store is closed. If you are a student in the class some time after class will be allowed for shopping-just check with the teacher about the length of time.
How do you sign up for a class?
All classes require pre-payment to reserve a seat. You can sign up in the store or call (727) 827-4911. Classes fill up fast, so call early.
What do I bring to a class?
There is a full class list of supplies that you need to bring to every class on our calendar page. Some classes require specific supplies and any class supply list will be made available when you register for class.
What if I have to cancel a class I'm signed up for?
If a student cancels prior to 24 hours before class time they can have the fee refunded, switch the fee paid to another class or take the amount in store credit. If the student cancels within the 24 hours before class they can either choose to take the class kit and make it on their own schedule or 50% of the class fee will be issued as store credit. If the student does not show up for a scheduled class they will be given the class kit to make on their own schedule. If a student is creating the kit on their own, Whim So Doodle or the teacher is not responsible for making available all the products used in the class.
What happens if Whim So Doodle cancels a class?
If the store has to cancel a class due to a emergency (teacher, weather, etc.) the student can choose between either a full refund, switch the full fee paid to another class or have the full amount issued as store credit. All attempts will be made to contact each student as soon as the situation arises, so please make sure that Whim So Doodle has your current daytime phone contact in the computer system.
